THEREFORE WE LIKE TO KEEP THINGS AS SIMPLE AND STRESS FREE AS POSSIBLE BY BEING COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT WITH OUR PRICING. ALL OF OUR PRICES ARE SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE SO WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!

ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE INDIVIDUALLY PRICED. THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TOTAL FLEXIBILITY IN WHAT YOU CHOOSE, ENABLING YOU TO CREATE THE PERFECT THEME FOR YOU EVENT (£150 MINIMUM SPEND).

TOO MUCH CHOICE? WE ALSO HAVE PACKAGES AVAILABLE TO MAKE SURE YOUR MAIN AREAS ARE COVERED, PROVIDING A CONSISTENT THEME.​

SETUP

THE SET UP OF ALL OF YOUR DECOR IS INCLUDED IN THE HIRE PRICE, REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH YOU ORDER.

 

A SMALL FEE MAY BE REQUIRED SHOULD ANY ITEMS NEED TO BE MOVED DURING YOUR EVENT.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION IS FREE OF CHARGE FOR ANY EVENTS WITHIN 30 MILES OF RG24.

 

FOR EVENTS THAT ARE FURTHER AFIELD, A SMALL CHARGE WILL BE ADDED BASED ON OUR CURRENT PENCE PER MILE RATE.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SWAP AN ITEM FROM ONE OF OUR PACKAGES FOR AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM, JUST DROP US A MESSAGE. WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO ACCOMMODATE CHANGES WHERE POSSIBLE.

NOW IT'S TIME FOR THE SLIGHTLY LESS FUN PART.

IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR QUOTE THEN WE WILL NEED TO RECEIVE A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FROM YOU WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR QUOTE.

 

YOUR DATE WON'T BE SECURED UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

WE WILL ALSO SEND ACROSS A COPY OF OUR AGREEMENT FOR YOU TO SIGN AND SEND BACK AT THE SAME TIME AS PAYING THE DEPOSIT.

THEN...YOU CAN PUT YOUR FEET UP!

YOUR EVENT

WE WILL CONTACT YOUR VENUE TO ARRANGE ALL OF THE DETAILS AROUND DELIVERING AND SETTING UP YOUR DECOR. ALL NECESSARY PAPERWORK SUCH AS INSURANCE AND PAT TESTING CERTIFICATES WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOUR VENUE.

 

WE PREFER TO ARRIVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO GIVE US THE MAXIMUM TIME TO SET UP AND WE WON'T LEAVE UNTIL EVERYTHING LOOKS PERFECT.

WE WILL THEN RETURN ONCE YOUR EVENT HAS FINISHED, OR SOMETIMES THE NEXT DAY, TO COLLECT ALL OF THE ITEMS. SO YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A THING!

WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU PROMPTLY TO CONFIRM WHETHER WE HAVE AVAILABILITY, AND TO SEND YOU A QUOTE FOR YOUR ORDER.

PROPS AND ANY DELIVERY OR MOVEMENT FEES WILL BE CONFIRMED ON YOUR QUOTE SO THAT YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF ALL COSTS BEFORE CHOOSING US AS YOUR SUPPLIER.

FINAL PAYMENT

YOUR FINAL BALANCE WILL BE DUE 1 MONTH BEFORE YOUR EVENT.

 

IN​CASE YOU HAVE MADE ANY CHANGES SINCE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER, WE WILL SEND YOU AN UPDATED INVOICE WITH A CONFIRMATION OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT SHORTLY BEFORE THE DUE DATE.
